Questions about working together

How do I know which solution my business needs?

In our first conversation, we review what you want to improve and how the work is currently done. I can help define the requirements and assess whether an integration, a custom application or an AI feature is appropriate.

Can you work on an application we already use?

Yes. Before proposing changes, I review the available code, integrations and the team’s workflow. The proposal distinguishes the improvements from the requirements needed to implement them.

How do we organise development and reviews?

We agree the deliverables and who will review each part. During development, I share progress and we resolve questions that affect the result. Changes to the original scope are assessed before being added.

What happens once the application is ready?

The proposal covers documentation and handover support. We can also agree maintenance, support and new features, specifying what is included and how to request further work.
