Workflow automation and tool integration
I connect your business tools to reduce manual work and keep information up to date, with checks that help detect and resolve errors.
Book a video call ↗Choosing a process worth automating
A useful opportunity often appears when a team enters the same data in several applications, prepares repeated notifications or checks statuses manually. We review the task’s frequency, effort and exceptions to choose a manageable first process.
Connecting email, CRM and internal applications
I build integrations that collect requests, prepare records, synchronise fields or trigger notifications when information changes. I use the tools’ integration interfaces, or APIs, where available. Depending on requirements, licences and the team’s maintenance capacity, I can work with n8n, Make or custom code.
Defining rules before moving data
We identify which application owns the reference data, how to recognise an existing record and which changes require approval. We also check permissions and each provider’s integration capabilities. Where a tool does not provide the access required, the proposal explains the limitation and feasible alternatives.
Understanding what happens when something fails
A connection may fail or receive incomplete data. I therefore also test retries, duplicates and validation errors. The solution should make pending work identifiable and determine whether it can resume automatically or needs human review, without blindly repeating actions.
Integration handover and maintenance
You receive the integrations, tests, documentation and incident-review guidance specified in the proposal. Pricing considers the connected tools, business rules and expected volume. We can arrange maintenance to adapt the integration when an API, licence or business process changes.
From the first conversation to delivery
- Tell me about your team’s work and the result you need.
- I prepare a proposal covering the work, requirements and review milestones.
- We review progress and test the solution before putting it into use.
Information to help you plan
Let’s discuss your project
Book a video call to explain what you want to build or improve. A general description and a list of your current tools are enough to start; there is no need to share confidential documents.
